DEPARTAMENTO VÉRTICE

For this project, the ARCO Arquitectura Contemporánea team focused on designing the ideal environment for a person who uses a wheelchair to feel at home and fully enjoy the entire space. The basic rules of universal design responded to all needs, resulting in a home that includes all its inhabitants.

All spaces are spacious so that any movement is very comfortable. The doors are wide and the use of steps was avoided in all rooms. Much attention was paid to the lighting at various levels and that the furniture design included everything necessary to create a harmonious and very pleasant image.

A central element that can be seen from all the common areas of the apartment is a latticework that provides a very important visual finishing touch. This lattice serves to divide the spaces and delimit the areas. Its design is made of black steel with tempered glass elements that have a bronze-colored film which, in addition to giving a bright color accent, adds greater privacy to the studio. .

The ARCO Arquitectura Contemporánea team integrated a functional space with a harmonious and modern environment that provides a personalized solution to all the needs of this family.
