ILÓ Polanco

The interior project for the ILÓ store located in Polanco maintains the same objective of finding the balance between the new image and the concept in a modern and innovative design. In this space, the idea of the skein of thread is also used as a guiding element in a warm, classic and very elegant space. Being a commercial space that sells high-quality products for the home, an earthy color palette was selected to harmonize and highlight the quality and warmth of the products.

The checkout area was located in the center of the store, taking advantage of the continuity with the second floor through the double height; a large wall covered with Venetian mosaic was also generated. The modulation of the material marked the meaning of the rest of the space, playing with the vertical and horizontal lines and the resulting intersection points, the spaces where the exhibition furniture was subsequently placed were generated. In this space the most attractive thing is the double heights.

To make the journey through the entire space very attractive, the same height of all the display elements was maintained. A unique module was designed that is stacked according to the needs to generate the exhibition furniture and is combined in two different finishes: natural and lacquer to enrich the texture. Porcelain, laminate floors, Venetian mosaic and paint achieved the right atmosphere for this retail experience.
