La Cúspide

Elegance and sobriety are the adjectives that qualify the project developed by the ARCO Arquitectura Contemporánea team for La Cúspide. This apartment located in Mexico City responds to the needs and tastes of its inhabitant who requested that his home take as inspiration the luxury suite of a large hotel in a cosmopolitan city.

With the above in mind, a program was developed in which the openness and communication of the public areas was maintained to achieve the greatest breadth. The bar is the central element of this space and can be seen from all points. Emphasis was placed on this space having a special role, since in addition to serving as a meeting point, it is a space that generates an important visual highlight within the department.

The use of natural materials was privileged in an exquisite combination of stones and wood, to maintain the balance between sobriety and elegance, adding the warmth necessary for a residential space. The colors and textures of all the materials accentuate the personality of the entire environment and provide subtle movement to each of the spaces.

The division of the spaces was generated through furniture and an ethanol fireplace, creating cozy and subtle environments.
