Penthouse Sens

For the interior project of this two-level apartment located in the west of Mexico City, pleasant atmospheres were generated using warm materials, which in addition to emphasizing the timelessness of the project, achieved interesting contrasts in both color and textures.

In the public area, a wall covered in black slate cladding stands out, contrasting with the natural oiled wood floor and the furniture that was also selected in the same range. The textiles in various shades of gray combine and stand out in the environment, complementing the color palette in neutral tones that was used on all the walls.

On the second level, a social coexistence space with a jacuzzi and barbecue area was designed and built, where wonderful panoramic views of the city can be enjoyed and is connected to the private terrace. For the bedrooms, a vibrant color was used for the predominant walls in contrast to the floors.
