This corporate interiors project is the result of the renovation of a 1,000 m2 plant located in the western area of Mexico City, an area of the city in which offices continue to have an important presence. An elegant and tempered corporate image became the goal to create the right environment for the operation of this financial company.

The reception, beyond being the first filter, is the meeting place for collaborators and that welcomes visitors. For the floors, black granite was selected, which is finished with a wooden ledge with a wavy pattern that provides a warm and dynamic contrast, which breaks with the monolithic presence of the reception, which is covered in white Carrara marble. The interaction of these materials creates an elegant atmosphere that sets the tone for the rest of the interior space.

The distribution of the space was defined considering two routes, one for collaborators and another for visitors, which is the same as that used by the management level of the financial company. With this simple division it was possible to separate the areas and make the routes efficient for everyone. A couple of customer service rooms outside the office were also considered to expedite the attention of matters that do not require reaching the operational or management area.

The layout is based on an open work area for collaborators and private areas for directors and managers of the different areas of the company. To generate the private and semi-private spaces, for offices and meeting rooms respectively, wooden partitions were used whose lightness meshes with the open areas in which all the facilities were left exposed, a dynamic network that emulates the work of the team.

To make the change and the new image evident, a selection of contemporary art pieces was made to give personality to the different environments, which in addition to decorating outline the philosophy of the financial company.

The new space gave the leap that the company was looking for towards a corporate space in line with current work needs. The well-being of all users and their safety determined the selection of all finishes and systems installed for the project. Energy savings and responsible consumption were also considered to guarantee Serfimex's operation in accordance with international standards.
