Condo-Hotel, Residencial Y Marina Club Tequesquitengo

The site is located on the shore of Lake Tequesquitengo, in the state of Morelos, Mexico. The proposal for the “Masterplan Marina + Club Náutico Tequesquitengo” arises from the idea of distributing the requested program on a transversal axis, taking advantage of the large topographic curve to link the urban background with the coastal front, generating a unique opportunity in Tequesquitengo to have a view and access to the lake.

Oriented from northwest to southeast, the transversal axis of the project is materialized through the deployment of panoramic platforms that make the most of the existing natural landscape and topographic characteristics with large level differences. The spatial approach seeks to merge with the land to integrate with the lake.

The Condo Hotel and the Club House are developed as the point of convergence between the natural environment, the panoramic views and the exclusive amenities for guests, residents and guests. These amenities include a spa, wellness center, gym, entertainment, yoga rooms, restaurant, among others, creating an immersive experience in the comfort and tranquility that Tequesquitengo has to offer.

From the main meeting core, the residential properties are developed outwards, with different typologies and scales, thus allowing for a varied complex, but always with a scale that favors the views, accesses and the required capacities. At the highest point of the land, on the first platform of lots, towers of up to 4 levels are developed. The next platform houses residential lots of up to 3 levels, and in the front part of the property, with easier access to the lagoon, are the residential lots.

In this way, the project is strategically organized so that all the properties have a view of the lake, ensuring that the highest typologies do not obstruct the visibility of the rest of the units. The beach, marina and clubhouse extend along the property boundaries, bordering the lake, allowing direct interaction with recreational activities without having to leave the complex.
